This project, a life-size giraffe titled Triumph was commissioned by the Jacksonville Zoo and Gardens to recognize significant donors in the new Donor Plaza at the entrance of the zoo. The giraffe is 20′ tall and made of steel plate and resembles a mosaic tile surface. The project took seven months to build, as each plate is cut and fit individually, like a three-dimensional puzzle.
